Each session can be booked based on your, and your trainer's availability. Your trainer may ask you to perform a general warm up prior to the session if the session plan calls for it.
*Sessions do not roll over.
-Session expire each month unless an extension for travel, or special occasion, etc is communicated and agreed upon by both the client and the trainer.
-Sessions scheduled for before 12:00pm (noon) must be cancelled before 10:00pm the night before.
-Sessions scheduled for after 12:00pm (noon) must be cancelled before 8:00am the day of the session.
*Failure to cancel sessions within the time frame will result in a full session charge. Please book times that work for you on a regular basis. (We don't like this rule either, but we must follow it to protect the time of both you and the trainers)
